To apply for the UNS Scholarship, you must:
- Bachelor's: under 24 years old
- Master's: under 35 years old (typical, confirm for your programme)
- Doctoral: under 40 years old (typical, confirm for your programme)

1. Letter of Offer from UNS (download from the admission portal)
2. Valid passport (scan of bio-data page)
3. Graduation certificate and academic transcripts (certified copies, translated to English)

6. Curriculum vitae (CV) in academic format
7. Financial statement showing ability to cover non-scholarship expenses
8. Personal statement or motivation letter

10. Indonesian language proficiency certificate (preferred, not required)
11. Two recommendation letters from academic referees
12. Cover letter addressed to the Indonesian Embassy requesting a recommendation letter

The university conducts a multi-stage selection:
